Boarding Terms & Conditions
Please read through these Terms & Conditions prior to making your booking.
Making a booking will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Westley’s World will make every effort to ensure your Rabbit or Guinea Pig’s comfort while boarding with us and will look after their health and safety while you are away. We endeavour to operate our facility to a very high standard, however all Rabbits or Guinea Pigs are boarded entirely at their owners risk and no liability is accepted for illness, injury, death or loss.
I am not available for drop-offs or pick-ups outside of the stated hours.
If I am busy grooming, I can not answer the door if you arrive outside of your agreed drop off or pick up time.

Peak times include 10th December - 7th February, all Public & School holidays.
During peak times we will charge for dates booked even if you collect your Rabbit or Guinea Pig before the due date or drop off later.
The boarding pick-up and drop-off times below strictly apply
Vaccination - Your Rabbit must be vaccinated with Filavac. The vaccination must be current for the period of your boarding booking. Proof of vaccination is required at the time of booking.
Fleas - If we see evidence of fleas, your Rabbit or Guinea Pig will be treated by us at a cost of $15.00 per treatment.
Entire Rabbits -
We do not board entire rabbits.
We do not board rabbit/guinea pig pairings.
Same Sex Bonded Pairs -
We do not board desexed same sex pairings during peak periods. This will be considered on a case-by-case basis at other times.
Transport - Rabbits and Guinea Pigs should be transported in a secure carrier, not a cardboard box, or carried in the owner’s arms. No responsibility will be taken by Westley’s World for the loss, injury or death of any Rabbit or Guinea Pig where this advice is not observed.
Wellness - All Rabbits and Guinea Pigs are accepted into our care on the understanding that they are in good health or that any current or prior health conditions are fully disclosed to us prior to admittance. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any Rabbit or Guinea Pig appearing to be unwell or thought to be suffering from any illness or infectious disease.
Abandonment - Any Rabbit or Guinea Pig left for 7 days in excess of their booked departure date without any contact from their owner or representative will be classed as abandoned. In this event we reserve the right to make suitable alternative arrangements for the Rabbit or Guinea Pig. Any outstanding boarding fees plus any additional costs incurred will be pursued in full.
Non-Peak Bookings
Any cancellations or changes to non-peak bookings must be sent in writing at least 48 hours before the date of arrival.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the cancelled booking.
Christmas Bookings - A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, this is refundable up to 4 weeks prior to your booking.
1st October - you will receive and email to confirm your Xmas booking dates.
15th October - you must confirm your booking dates. If you do not reply or confirm your booking, it will be cancelled without notice.
16th October - you will receive two invoices.
Invoice 1/2 is for the deposit and is payable by October 31st.
Invoice 2/2 is for the remaining 50% payable on or before the last day of boarding.One month prior to boarding - you will be required to confirm that your rabbit has not been unwell or had stasis within the last 4 weeks.
One month prior to boarding - if your rabbit has known dental issues, you will be required to provide proof of a dental check up within the last 4 weeks.
Payment - Payment details are included on your invoice.
Your invoice is to be paid in full on or before the last day of Boarding. We do not have EftPos or Credit Cards facilities on site or accept cheques.
Unpaid accounts will be liable for interest and collection costs.
