Westley’s World only ships within New Zealand.
We use a tracked courier service provided by Aramex to ship your order, aiming to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days of receiving it.
You should receive a receipt for your order within 2 working days. Tracking information is sent once your order is shipped. You can actively track your order via the link supplied so that you know when it has been delivered.
Please check your Junk/Spam folder if you don’t see these arrive in your inbox.
If your order status is marked as ‘Delivered’ but you cannot find it or if your delivery goes astray, please check the tracking information via Aramex’s website and contact either me and/or Aramex to make enquiries without delay.
We cannot be held responsible for courier delays that occur after your item is dispatched, or for items that are stolen from your delivery address after they have been delivered.
