Bobbi & Flopsy

AUCKLAND - Bonded Pair Bobbi (3 yr. old Wildie) & Flopsy (4 yr old Lop) Both desexed and vaccinated (11/23)

Description: Bobbi is a 3-year-old wild rabbit who was rescued as a baby from a construction site, while Flopsy is a 4-year-old mini lop from 9 Lives who was also found as a rescue. These bunnies have been happily coupled up for the last 2 years and are currently looking for their loving fur-ever home. Bobbi is very curious, energetic, and loving. She loves to groom Flopsy and her owner if they're lucky enough. Flopsy is very much led by his stomach... He is very shy, and is most happy found loafing about in the warmth, or binking around in the yard. Like many lops, he is starting to develop ear disease which has been managed with pain relief. It doesn't seem to bother him at all. Both rabbits have become accustomed to plenty of space and access to the indoors and outdoors, so looking for a place that can offer the same freedom / flexibility. Both rabbits have only had minimal interaction with pet dogs, so a home without other pets would be preferred. They've had positive experiences with children. Their current owner is needing to hand them over with great sadness, due to a previously unknown allergy to rabbits and a rental home which doesn't allow pets. She has said she will be on hand to bunny-sit, offer advice and support any time. Bobbi and Flopsy come with an indoor / travel cage, as well as some toys, grooming supplies and hay. They're needing to be rehomed by the end of July, so get in touch ASAP to organise a meeting in Onehunga.
