AUCKLAND - Smudge; less than 1 year old, Male, Desexed & Vaccinated, Small breed

Smudge was found wandering the streets of Mt Roskill with a broken tooth and battered nose. Was handed in to the local vets by a kind passerby and despite their efforts of finding his owner he remained unclaimed. He came to me absolutely terrified - there was a real risk of him dying of shock the first night I had him. Luckily being able to see and smell my other rescue bunnies seemed to calm his nerves and he gradually realized he was in a safe place. 

He has progressed so much since then and is a real character! His life mission was to rub his chin on absolutely everything - after all it was now his house according to him 😅 He was desexed after a week of being with me and was an absolute superstar, recovery was really easy. 

He is super curious about the other bunnies and wants nothing more than to have his own bunwife. He would make the perfect husbun - he loves to spend hours on end rearranging his things making sure they are in exactly the right place. 

He is 100% litter trained for wees, can sometimes get a bit excited and the poos don't always make it in the litter box. 

He gets along with my cats and has no fear of them, doesn't seem to mind pats from my quiet 6yo child. He has the most velvety ears and softest coat, I could sit and pat him for hours!

I absolutely believe he would settle perfectly into any home, he is such a chilled dude. His outdoor area is right next to my other buns and I have never seen any signs of aggression from him, he has even had a couple of short supervised visits with my rescue girl with no issues whatsoever :) 

A $50 adoption fee will apply to help cover some of the costs of desexing etc
